Labour Deal: the individual right to training
The Labour Deal strengthens workers' right to training in Belgium by guaranteeing them a minimum number of training days per year.
If you employ at least 20 people, you are required to offer an average of five training days per year to each full-time employee since 2024. This is without forgetting the specific provisions for employees in risk groups, such as employees over the age of 50 and professions where there is a labour shortage.
