The training consists of 2 modules:
1. Theoretical module:
In this module, we delve deeper into various procedures and techniques. We offer you several themes to choose from.

2. Practical module:
supervision/intervision. During this supervision/intervision, the following points will be covered:

- Strict peer supervision model with clear agreements on confidentiality and discretion.
- Content of the complaints, the successive steps and your attitude as a confidential adviser.
